Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information PurePack Supply ("PurePack Supply", "we", "us") collects through purepacksupply.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies only to the Site.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us when you register or request a quote:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Password (see section 8 — we never store it in readable form)
  • Company name and any details you include in a quote request

Information we collect automatically:

  • IP address and browser user-agent string, recorded together with the date and time you accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We keep this as proof of consent.
  • A session cookie that keeps you logged in.
  • Standard server log data generated by our hosting provider.
  • If you consent to analytics cookies, usage information such as pages viewed and time on page (see section 6).

Information we generate:

  • Your quote history and the products you have added to a quote.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, payment card data, precise geolocation, or biometric data through the Site.

3. Why we use it

We use your information only to:

  • create and secure your account and give you access to our private price catalog;
  • verify your email address and let you reset your password;
  • respond to your quote requests and provide customer support;
  • keep a record that you accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and which version;
  • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and unauthorized extraction of our pricing;
  • comply with our legal obligations.

If you gave the optional consent at registration, we also use your phone number to contact you about promotions and new products. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see sections 7 and 10).

4. We do not sell or rent your personal information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise make your personal information available to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We have never done so, and we do not share your information with data brokers or advertising networks.

5. Service providers

We do share limited information with vendors that operate the Site on our behalf, and only to the extent they need it to perform their service for us:

  • our web hosting provider, which stores the Site and its database;
  • our email delivery provider, which sends verification, password-reset, and quote-related messages;
  • our analytics provider, if and when you consent to analytics cookies.

These providers process the information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property or that of others. If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will post notice on the Site if that happens.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. The Site cannot function without it, and it is deleted when you log out or your session ends.

We also use a cookie to remember your cookie preferences.

We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. These are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can decline, and you can change your choice later by clearing your cookies and reloading the Site. Declining analytics does not affect your access to the catalog. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie will prevent you from logging in. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Calls and text messages

We use your phone number to respond to your quote requests and support inquiries.

We will send you promotional calls or text messages only if you separately opted in at registration by checking the optional consent box. That consent is not a condition of registering or of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or write to contacto@purepacksupply.com. We keep a record of your consent, including the date, time, IP address, and the exact text you agreed to.

8. How we protect your information

  • Passwords are hashed using a strong, industry-standard one-way hashing algorithm (bcrypt). We never store or have access to your password in readable form, and we cannot recover it for you — we can only help you reset it.
  • The Site is served over HTTPS.
  • Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and repeated failed login attempts are temporarily locked out.
  • Database access uses parameterized queries to guard against injection.
  • Access to the administrative panel is restricted to authorized staff.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Florida law.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Consent records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, because they document an agreement you made with us. Quote records are kept for our business and tax records. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unreadable.

10. Your choices and rights

You can:

  • access and correct your name, email, and phone number at any time from your account page;
  • change your password at any time from your account page;
  • withdraw your consent to promotional calls and texts by replying STOP or writing to us;
  • decline analytics cookies through the cookie banner;
  • request deletion of your account and personal information by writing to contacto@purepacksupply.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

To make any of these requests, contact us at contacto@purepacksupply.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. If you believe you do, write to us and we will work with you in good faith.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact contacto@purepacksupply.com and we will delete it.

12. Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review their policies before providing information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" and version above. For material changes we will notify you by email or ask you to review the updated Policy the next time you log in.
